Paulette, I wish you strength and peace!

Greetings!

It has been a long time since I have posted something here; however, I have been designing behind the scenes.  I've been asked to do several custom orders for individuals which have left little to know time to create for fun.  I am not complaining because as long as I get to do what I love it's all good!

However, when I heard that a very good friend of mine (and many of yours) had an accident and that there would be a Blog Hop in her honor, I said sign me up.  If you follow Paulette over at Create with TLC, you would know that she had a terrible accident and is recovering.  The very sweet Jennifer emailed a bunch of us and asked if we wanted to hop to show our love for Paulette and well...of course we said YES!

I have created the card below using Paulette's wonderful sentiment from the Scripture 2 Wordart set.

Wishing you Strength and Peace
I started with a 5.5x5.5 white card base, layering on grey and then black cardstock.  I added a strip of dp and embossed the black cardstock.  I used Heartfelt Creations tattered rose stamp and diecut to create my flower.  As I mentioned previously, the sentiment is from the Scripture 2 wordart set which you can find in the Create with TLC store (link below).

Paulette has truly inspired my work from the moment I first discovered her awesome blog and I encourage you, if you haven't already done so, to go to the blog and leave some love. She could really use it now more than ever.  I pray that she has a speedy recovery and that the pain ceases.  She will continue to be in my prayers and thoughts.
